It felt so good.  Yesterday I posted a raw bell jam recipe.  Many people wanted the recipe but I gave it here as it was not possible to give it to everyone in a different way.  The recipe has to be done with patience and time.
 Recipe: Now that the bell is found on the tree, this is the right time to make jam.  The upper part of the bell should be taken by the boy. The picture shows how to cut it.  Remove from the water and then gently cut off the sticky parts inside with a small knife and scrape with a cut spoon.  Now put the pot in the oven, heat the water, boil it for a while with the cut bells and strain the water.  Now put the sugar syrup in the pot and cook on low heat with the steamed bell in it till the sugar syrup is spread on the bell.  Finally, with a little ghee, close the lid and leave it for a while.  Then it's time to serve. #Food #home #bangladesh
