Dublar Char is a small beautiful island located south of the Bangladesh part of the Sundarbans, southeast of Hiran Point and southwest of Katkar. Dublar Char is best known to Hindus for its holy baths, rasmelas and deer. This isolated Dublar Char has woken up in the middle of the river Kunga and the dead animal. In addition to fishing, dry fishing is also done here. During the monsoon season, fishermen from Chittagong, Cox's Bazar, Bagerhat, Pirojpur, Satkhira and Khulna set up temporary settlements in Dublar Char to catch hilsa. The dried fruits from Dublar Char are stored and sold in the wholesale market of Asadganj in Chittagong. Fishermen can enter Dublar Char only with permission to collect fish from the headquarters of the Eastern Division at Bagerhat in the Sundarbans. Every year in the month of Kartik, a three-day Rasmeela of Hindus is held at Dublar Char. Domestic and foreign tourists flock to see this nearly 100-year-old Rasmeela. If you want to see this isolated Dublar Char Rashmela, plan ahead. You will remember this experience for the rest of your life. Usually the trawler or tourist vessel that is hired to go to Dublar Char has the facility to stay and eat at night and everything else. I have appeared among you with the picture of the park.
