Fuchka is a very popular delicacy of the Indian subcontinent. This food is popular almost everywhere in Bangladesh and urban India.  It is known by different names in different regions.  In the whole of Bangladesh its name is "Fuchka";  In northern India it is known as Gol-Gappa, and in western India (such as Maharashtra), the dish is called Pani-Puri.
This phukka is usually served in a round petal prepared by flour and semolina, filled with mashed boiled potato puree and served with tamarind water.  In addition to the various names in different regions, the style of serving phuchka has also gained variety.  In some areas mint water is used instead of tamarind water.  Onion is also one of the ingredients in the Indian state of Orissa, although there is no onion in the potato used in West Bengal.  Besides, the popularity of fuchka served with yoghurt-fuchka i.e. tokdai is very strong all over the country.  History of Phuchkar: The most credible and evidential account of the history of Phuchkar is its origin in the hands of Draupadi of the Mahabharata.  After Draupadi got married, Kunti asked her to prepare food for her husbands with the potato and flour pulp she had sold last night.  This phuchka is then served with tamarind water in a round petal prepared by Draupadi Atta filled with mashed boiled potato puree.  Kunti later gives immortality to Draupadi's food.  Since then, "Fulki" in Magadha and later Fuchka have undergone various modern transformations

 Shimul burst and Palash burst at the call of Fagun.  On the metho path of the village, sometimes the kuhu kuhu kaltan of kokil is heard from far away borders.  Mango buds are also spreading fragrance with various flowers.  The sweet smell of mango buds has just started to waft around.
  That sweet fragrance of the bud is stirring the minds of the people.

 The golden flowers on the branches of the tree all around are giving a connotation of the consonantal festival in the form of Fagun.
 In the variety of seasons, the green nature is very emotional.  Fagun and mango buds of spring should be tied in the same thread.  During this particular time of the year, therefore, farmers and almost all classes of people have their eyes on the evergreen mango tree.
 The town and the village are filled with the scene of the newly blossoming of the mango tree.  In the northern divisional cities of Rajshahi, Chapainawabganj, Naogaon, Natore, Dinajpur, Rangpur, Panchagarh, Thakurgaon, almost all areas of Nilphamari district now have large mango orchards.  The number of mango orchards is increasing every year as it is profitable.  However, the newly developed mango orchards are often of the Banedi variety.  Especially the regular varieties of Langra, Gopalbhog, Khirsapat and Ashwina are getting more and more trees.
Padma or Lotus is a very familiar flower to the people of rural Bengal.  Its native habitat is Southeast Asia.  The national flower of India.  English name-kharang, family-ghusadhyadhabapabhadhab.  Botanical name-ghabsansandar ghamparbhavatdha.  Tuber is a terrestrial perennial aquatic plant.  Its proliferation occurs through the tuber.  Although the leaf floats on water, its tuber or root remains in the ground under water.  As the water level rises, so do the trees.  The leaves are quite large, thick, round and green in color.  The leaf axils are quite long, the inner part is very hollow.  The inside of the flower data has numerous tiny holes.  The lotus flower is large in size and has numerous soft petals.  The flowers are upward, with pollen in the middle.  Boiling fresh flowers have a sweet aroma.  The flowers bloom at night and from dawn to dusk before the intensity of the sun rises.  As the intensity of the sun increases, the flowers shrink and bloom later.  Boiling flowers thus lose their beauty for a long time.  The color of the lotus flower is basically a mixture of red, white and pink.  Moreover, various species of lotus flowers can be seen.  Among them are red, white and blue flowers.  Padma flowers can be seen blooming in the water of haors, canals and lakes in almost every natural reservoir of Bangladesh.  Flowering begins in the rainy season.  However, it blooms more in autumn and lasts till autumn.  The beauty of the blossoming flower catches the eye.  Fascinated by the beauty of the form, many poets have portrayed the color of the lotus flower in different ways in their poems.  The lotus flower is very dear and sacred to the Hindu people.  Especially in Dugar Puja, there is a lot of demand and appreciation for the lotus flower.  Due to the demand for flowers, many people are making a living by relying on the collection and sale of these lotus flowers.  Moreover, lotus flower is a flowering plant rich in medicinal properties.  Its data can be eaten as a vegetable.  Incomparable in filling the calcium deficiency in the human body.  It is very useful in curing itching and blood diarrhea.
