After the first case of corona virus was identified in Bangladesh on March 8, a limited number of offices were opened on May 31 and public transport was opened from June 1 after a seven-day public holiday from March 26 to May 30.  The government has announced closure of all types of educational institutions from March 18 to October 3. Teachers, students and parents are in a dilemma as to whether the ongoing holidays of the educational institutions will be extended or when the postponed HSC examinations will be held.
